1 /5 Gab G: I had a very disappointing experience at your location. The service was extremely poor, particularly from the person working the drive-through. He had a noticeably bad attitude, which made the interaction unpleasant. On top of that, it took about 40 minutes to get our order, and when we finally received it, the food was cold and incorrect. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I expect.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both the customer service and food quality at this location.
