5 /5 Adel B.: 1- food is decent compared to the original location, although the sandwich needs to be packaged in a bigger box, it was squeezed into the box. Also, the cheesy fries need more cheese unless just like any regular waffle fries (just my opinion). 2- customer service was good but can be better. The guys have a good attitude with me as a new customer in this location. They messed up my order for the first time by giving me the cheesey bun instead of the coleslaw, I went back and fixed it up to me by giving me a new order. 3- the chicken had a weird taste, not sure if its the species or the oil. Overall rate; 3.5/5. I still recommend clutch city over the other fried chicken restaurants down the street. January 2025: great option, great customer service and still recommend it.

1 /5 Shanecia Janice T .: This was so overrated and expensive I’ve seen videos on it and would always pass it up cuz I live nearby, fries were ridiculously salty I couldn’t finish even with ketchup. I got spice level of hot and it wasn’t hot frl the chicken tenders was not it. The toasted bread was hard could barley bite into it I paid a total of 16.67 for 2 tenders and sum fries my friend paid 28 because he got a shake but he was just as disappointed

5 /5 Daina P: Great experience overall! The food truck is conveniently located in a gas station parking lot, with a brightly lit menu featuring clear pricing and pictures of the dishes. Both the service and food were excellent. We waited about 10–15 minutes for our wings, but it was worth it. Prices were reasonable, and they use a handy system that sends you a text when your order is ready—no need to stand around waiting.
