Burger King - Levelland (TX)

1 /5 Tamara Whitley: The Levelland store used to be the best one but here lately the evenings are horrible. We place online orders and pick them up immediately, but always have at least a 15-20 minute wait, then the food is cold, not prepared correctly and tastes old!! Do better BK! The mornings are great! Fresh, hot food and the staff are awesome. The evening staff are rude and flat just dont care and it shows.

5 /5 Chlarissa DNae: We went on an extremely busy night. They were backed up on drive thru and front counter with tons of orders but not once did anyone make an ugly face or be rude to any customers. Were people frustrated with how backed up they were yes but they still made the effort to acknowledge every guest and let them know they hadn’t been forgotten about. They kept checking the orders and if anything was wrong with the orders, they remade it as quickly as they could. I’ve been to other establishments in our town with less people in a “busy” time and received way worse service. All of the crew that was on staff tonight 12/4/25 was phenomenal and should be commended for the work they put in and keeping their spirits and morale up!

2 /5 Angelique Melton: I don’t know what is going on with Burger King but they are getting really bad at getting orders out at it efficient time. Just now left on a Tuesday evening, there were people in the drive-through only, which was all the way out to the street. Sat there and waited for a good 15 minutes before I realized the line wasn’t moving. So I decided to go in, not a single person was eating inside. All of a sudden traffic through the drive-through starts going through every single one of those people got their orders before we did and then when we asked for certain sauces they were out.

1 /5 mark thoms: Worst service yet. Went through drive through had to wait 5 minutes to talk to someone, cash only - guess it was too far to walk to the other registers, waited 25 minutes to get the wrong order, had to tell them what I ordered but they had already taken my money. 2 people behind me drove off, tired of waiting. I couldnt because I had already paid. This place is continuing to go downhill. So much for fast food and good service. And they only had 3 cars that had people inside.

1 /5 Kimberly Knight: Never again! Sent my son to get me a late night meal, lobby should have been open for 10 more minutes and it was closed early. They wont let him ride thru the drive thru, he doesnt drive a car, but a bike. Anyway, another day I go there. Some dude at the drive thru with a full on head band covering his whole face, wore dark sunglasses and "sagging"? Never said one word to me, I stood there shouting for five minutes he wouldnt even look at me. I went around and said "hello" Is anyone here? Guy at drive thru, still no aknowledgement, never even looked at me. And he never spoke to anyone. Pretty strange people they have working there now. when I was finally helped, the gentleman was really nice, but I had to wait over five minutes. They guy at the drive thru needs fired. They need to step this place up, What a burger is going to kill them!
