1 /5 Teel Reeves: don’t believe any of the lies about this place, this is by far the worst management in a restaurant i’ve ever seen. i can say with 100% certainty that they have never gotten my order correct. they’ll continue to put toppings on your burger that you asked to take off, they’ll forget your drink, and don’t bother to ask for braums sauce cause they’ll forget it anyways. if you want to eat at braums go to amarillo and dont waste your time with this one.

1 /5 Refugio Marquez: Cold chili… I ordered some chili and it was cold. Told them it was cold, they then brought it back, but it was still cold, so I just ended up buying a chicken strip dinner. Not to mention they messed up the orders of the people i was with. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

4 /5 Jordan Wommack: Food was good. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms were a 7.5/10. Ice cream service wasn’t in my top 10, but it eats the same. Would return in the future.

1 /5 alizay: The assignment manager Jenny at this restaurant is by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. They have a terrible attitude, zero people skills, and clearly don’t care about their job or the customers. Instead of managing properly, they snap at staff, ignore guests, and act like basic questions are an inconvenience. It was embarrassing to watch someone in a “manager” position behave this way. The restaurant was disorganized, service was slow, and it all pointed back to their lack of leadership. If this is the kind of person they trust to run things, it says a lot about how little the restaurant values its customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they replace that manager.

1 /5 Bruce Mauzy: Ive never had anything bad to say about this Braums until today. I purchased several food items just this afternoon, including 2 ice cream cartons for $7. When we got home, we found that one was old, had turned brown in places and the ice cream was separating. I returned to the store, but they wouldnt exchange it for a good one without a receipt, which we couldnt find. When I showed them the $14.60 charge today on my bank app, they still wouldnt do anything, saying without the receipt they couldnt put it on the receipt. I told them I was not happy, that they could have their ice cream since it wasnt edible, and left the store.
