5 /5 Ballew Nicholas (Big Back Ballew): Tonight’s dinner was absolutely delicious. I finally got around to trying Prime102. It was easily the best decision I’ve made this year.
Every single aspect of our visit was perfect. From the amazing service, to the incredible food. I can’t think of one thing that went wrong the entire night.
On to the food. We ordered the 45 day dry aged 22oz ribeye with the black garlic truffle butter, 8oz filet mignon with an au poiyre sauce, tuna tartare, and the truffle parmesan fries.
Both of the steaks had such an incredible flavor, especially the ribeye. They were super tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The tuna tartare was a first for me. I absolutely loved it though.
They brought out a complimentary birthday piece of their famous butter cake with some vanilla bean ice cream on top. I also ordered some bread pudding. They sat it down on the table and proceeded to pour some heavenly sauce over the top of it. Both desserts were phenomenal to say the least.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s on the fence about it. I’m already planning my next visit.
