BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse - Lubbock (TX)

3 /5 Joanna Alegria: First we got seated at our table that was dirty. It had straw wrappers from the previous customers. I asked the host, "what was going on here?" He said, " I have no idea and walked away." We pushed the paper out of the way. It was not cleaned. Our server, was not attentive at all. He may have not wanted to be as attentive to us, since we didnt order alcohol, and we were sitting in the bar area. But I dont know that for sure. He was constantly rushing to take our order. Our water was never refilled. My daughter ordered Pizza, which was excellent. My youngest daughter ordered smashed burger with 2 patties bacon and cheese. That was also excellent as well. My soup was brought out not very warm. Maybe had been sitting out for a while before It was brought out to me. Pizookie- excellent! If service was better, I would have rated BJs. 10 out of 10. Overall I would give a 7.

5 /5 Sara Covarrubias Batres: Our waiter, Aubrey, was the absolute best. She’s funny and outgoing. Words can’t describe the welcoming atmosphere bjs has. All waiters need to learn from her. Her kindness is unmatchable. BJ’s give her a raise asap!!!

5 /5 M Fran: This was my first visit, and I was absolutely impressed! The service was exceptional right from the start, and the food only added to the fantastic experience. Our server, Lilly, was by far the most professional and courteous server Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I ordered the Meat Lover’s Pizza, my kids enjoyed the Smash Burgers, and my wife had the Chicken Sandwich. Everything was delicious! To top it off, we shared the Chocolate Chunk Pizookie for dessert — truly incredible! I will definitely be returning again and again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, BJ’s, for such an outstanding experience! Lilly, keep smiling and being the amazing server you are!

5 /5 Anthony Arteaga: Ive been a fan of BJs for many years, but this location is pretty special. Tortilla soup and the wedge salad is my go-to and it was again phenomenal, but what made this place different was the service I received from Tatum. It’s rare to find someone who serves with such heart. Truly appreciated the experience. I will definitely be back.

5 /5 Joshua Fox: The food was great, my burger had good flavor, the mac and cheese bits was awesome. My server Samantha was the best and great conversation. She is probably had definitely been 1 of the best server Ive had here in this town. I for sure hope to have again next time Im her in Lubbock.
