1 /5 Jennifer Guzman: HORRIBLE service! Food is great, but omg please hire some adults. These kids lack experience and plain common sense.
I was in the drive thru and waiting over 20 minutes to finally pull up enough to place my order. I waited...and waited...finally the car in front of me moves up so I decided to say "hello"....waited...."hello"...did this another 2 times. Finally I gave up and figured this explains the long wait. So I move up.
After a minute, I hear the person in the car behind me place her order! I was like WTH!?!? So I called and called and called until finally the same guy that took the ladys order behind me answered. I told him I waited and said hello a few times and no one answered, so I moved up. His reply, "Oh, you are going to have to get back in line". Heck no!!! I told him, I have been waiting over 20 minutes in line already, I am NOT going back in line. His reply, "Its our policy." Sure it is...
I told him, I waited and NO ONE replied. He said, "We were having issues with it." So I asked him, I have to be punished for yalls issues?
He stayed firm with its Bases policy, so since he obviously wasnt going to figure this out, I offered him a simple solution, can you just take my order over the phone. Obviously not happy, but he did. Ive shared with many how great Bases burgers are, but seriously, this frustration is not worth it.
