Arbys - Childress (TX)

1 /5 Txn: So... Since when do I have to request Marinara sauce for their Cheese Sticks? Bc I ordered the sticks... and didnt recieve the Marinara. Regardless... It was sub-par food. I dont go to Arbys but MAYBE once a year... They never seem to get the order right. I travel a lot for work, and swung through bc It had been a good while since I had Arbys. Im just done with Arbys. Its an absolute irritation. They literally screw up every order I make.

3 /5 Heston Williams: Food was standard Arby’s, except that my very simple order was messed up. I don’t even know how that happens, but it’s fine. This Arby’s is located in a large gas station with other food types, full services, showers, and much more. There’s even a Cinnabon in there, and some pretty decent pizza if you’re worried about the fast food workers messing up your order.

1 /5 Mr. All in: Just waited in the drive thru for exactly 31 minutes. Three cars in front, and two behind me. I couldnt go anywhere! This is truly ridiculous and at this point the food doesnt matter. Get it together!!! This black car at the window more than 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable! Also realized the time on the receipt was the exact time it was paid for. Not showing when order was placed.

2 /5 Patrick Jacob: Poor choice 4 me. After i ordered and paid i was told they were out of most of the items that i already paid 4. So i can actully say for that scandolous move they pulled they are offically "POCKET PUNCHERS" they did not attempt 2 compensate jus a fake "sorry bout that"

5 /5 cindy davis: We stopped 10 minutes before closing on August 2. Of course, Arbys is Arbys, but all the food was fresh. And the crew was awesome (James and 2 others). No eye roll or complaining, just 100 % awesome service. That is why 5 stars.
