1 /5 Callie Whittington: Did my order ahead on the app, waited 30+ minutes and never received my order. Several people ahead of me waiting as well. People that placed their order in the store were getting their orders immediately. When I asked the barista to cancel my order she said I needed to call the customer service number. I did so and got my money back immediately, however left coffee-less and that’s the saddest part of all! The building was very pretty but the management needs some work on flow of order completion.
