5 /5 Donnie Meismer: When traveling to and from west Texas, I try to swing by and enjoy a good meal. The place is clean and bright with friendly staff. Ive never had to wait for a seat and there is plenty of seating at the bar. They have a huge parking lot, kids play area, and easy access. I usually get the grilled pork chops with asparagus and a side salad. The food is served quickly and the portions are generous. The restrooms are very clean a welcome break after 4.5 hours of driving. Worth the trip.

5 /5 Tx Girl: 5D Steakhouse has the only outdoor playground in Kerrville however I’ve rarely seen any kids there and using it. Favs: Salmon is consistently good and it’s excellent here as well as the chicken tenders/chicken fried steak. Sides: baked potato, mac and cheese, asparagus, and side salad tend to be good also. Disliked: Ribeye steak wasn’t flavorful or cooked as requested. We’ve tried pork chops, smothered chicken, mac and cheese bowl, and other dishes but didn’t like those. Green beans tend to be a bit spicy, especially for the kids. Service has generally been good here especially more so lately than when they first opened a few years ago.

5 /5 Ronnie Choate: First time to try and was not disappointed. Had the ribeye with side baked potato. Cornbread served complimentary. Drink special each night. Staff was plentiful and attentive.

5 /5 Danny Stacks: Good steak house , price wasnt crazy .. got the sirloin which was cooked perfectly and tender . Also got the fried mushrooms which were huge ! I enjoyed both very much . Wait staff was excellent and professional. Also has some live music going which was great to listen to while enjoying your meal.
