The casual country setting is complimented by the friendly service... and the food is fresh and delicious! We had the bison burger (they were out of elk) and the grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was cooked perfectly as was the bison. Highly recommend... cheers!

5 /5 Krystin Dennis: This was such a refreshing find. They have keto and gluten free options. The cafe is inside a healthfood store so you can browse while you wait for your food. The food was tasty and the employees are friendly.

3 /5 russell larsen: Bought an elk burger, asked for no cheese, no onions on gluten free bun, got home and it had cheese and the burger was raw inside, it went into the trash. I’ve eaten maybe 6 elk burgers there in the past and no problems until today. Always check before leaving no matter where you eat because people don’t listen.

5 /5 ALA: The Carrot Patch is a must try.....if you live in Kerriville and have never been you are missing out. I am glad my daughter found this gem when on our way out. The customer service is great and must I say the food is healthy and amazing at least what we ordered. I did not get a pic of my daughters food but she was satisfied. The health store has great friendly customer service. The snacks my daughter picked up although healthy they did crave our sweet tooth urges so that alone is amazing. I recommend going to both. You never know you may love it again if you live in Kerriville you should definitely be supporting these two local businesses. I know I would if they were in my town.
