4 /5 Philip Quan: Nice restaurant that serves a decent breakfast buffet ($14.99). You get your regular buffet staples such as scrambled eggs (2 types), bacon, sausage patties, ham slices, toast, biscuits, and pancakes.
Gravy is the white kind that comes in powdered form.
They have a decent selection of fruit. Highlights are the glazed strawberries, cantalope, and honey dew. All cut into bite sized portions.
Menudo is very good. Very tender and cut into bite sized pieces.
This place caters to the older crowd (bite sized portions), so if you want something full of flavour or grease go somewhere else if you can find such a place. For myself it is fine.
A tip: do not get the chocolate milk. It is 2% milk with syrup mixed in. The one I got wasnt even mixed well.
Service was excellent, they were prompt and attentive.
The place is popular no doubt, when I went there it was a capacity with many people going in and out of the place. You would not go wrong here going for breakfast.
