Misuki Nagay Wanted to try something new and we were very satisfied with not only the taste but the sizes of our sandwiches! I had the chicken bacon club, she had the Fiesta and we had the meals that comes with a choice of chips and drink. We also tried the brownie. Definitely returning! They had good service.

Cultured Insanity Was running errands and have never been here before. Swung in to get some breakfast tacos right. HOLY MOLY, WERE THEY DELICIOUS. 10/10 Edit: I barely had a wait for my order to be taken and by the time i blinked, my food was in my hands.

Emily Najar Had breakfast here while passing through on our way to Houston and the food was really good and the service was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The flour tortillas were nice and fluffy. Will definitely come back next time were in the area.

Gigi (Gigi) 1st time there, went for brkst, good homemade food, homemade flour tortillas. Fast service, our waitress Beatrice was wonderful. Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices. I asked for Extra crispy bacon and I got it.

Sam Villarreal We usually order half beef and half pepperoni. If were going to get pizza, which we dont always do unless we dont have time to make something; we will order from here. Its not super greasy and the bread isnt too thick. My girls love pizza but Im always on the fence about ordering. Im not a fan of the big brand name companies because of the same thing that always happens. Heartburn! But we sure do love Rosies.

Rachel Limon First time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Good size portions.

Roy Davis This is the real deal skip all the touristy spots in Seguin and head over to Johnny’s. It’s a special place with just the right country atmosphere. The food was delicious and well prepared, the service and staff super friendly. we will be back for another visit next time we are in town.

Brittany Menchaca We had big birthday party at their new location and the service and food was excellent! The food came out hot and the wait staff was very attentive. The owners are amazing at making you feel welcome and very accommodating to requests. You can tell they have been working very hard at listening to the feedback of customers and working diligently to correct any issues reported. Way to go El Ranchito! We are so happy you are back!

Misuki Nagay We went on a Friday night for dinner. Seemed like they were short staff since there was only one waiter…. So just took a bit to get our orders. But food was great.

Krystal Got the BBQ smash burger and was so happy with my order. There was plenty of fries and then the flavor was amazing! Staff was attentive and friendly. I’ll be back again and again! As another small business owner I was so happy to support local!

Jamie Alex The food was excellent, but I paid for 2 tacos left a nice tip… was in drive thru, got home 20 miles away and only had 1 taco. Check your order!

Larry Cerda Absolutely one of my favorite Mexican food places. Scratch ingredients. When it’s cold love to order the seafood soup. Has one of the best. You can order it at different levels of heat levels. The Parrilla plate with beef, & chicken fajita, shrimp, sausage is a banger. Won’t go home hungry. Lots of bang for the buck.

Yotes The stop this trip that I’ve been the most excited for is Schulze’s Pitroom all because of the sausages they are slinging. Pushing the boundaries of sausage boldly going where I one has gone before. I purposely didn’t look at their social media for the last month because I wanted to be surprised by the sausage special. I roll in today to see the butcher paper “In-N-Out Double Double animal style sausage”. . . I take a bite and no joke the PA system starts playing “Times Like These”-Foo Fighters and I’m chomping at this sausage hearing these lyrics. Listening to a song and eating a sausage that hits the nostalgia of my formative years growing up in San Diego. The pieces of burger patties, pickles, bun, onions and fries were all one singular unit but you could taste and feel each as you bite. All bound together with the sausage spices. The fries! As I was biting it was giving California Burrito as well maybe because of the form and it being filled out with fatty beef. I’ve had two “religious experiences” with sausage in my life and both have been in Seguin, Tx. Rewording the lyrics, “It’s bites like these you learn to live/love again” Oh also the brisket was fantastic. Nice and peppery and the fat cap melted wonderfully in my mouth. The ribs with the glaze! Such a fatty rib. Slightly sweet with a chili flavor that reminded me more of Gochugaru and Korean chili peppers more than what you find in regular chili in the west. But man. That sausage. I keep talking to ppl and I feel that sausage is the meat item where you get feel the soul and creativity of the pit master the most boldly stated. I need to come again when I’m in the area for the next soul shaking sausage they have on rotation.

Ona Dorries Actually enjoy the food. It tasted better then most of the places here. Oh I laugh cause Im use to jalapeño poppers but as you can see it was cheese and jalapeño which I use on the chips. Everything was delicious and my son also enjoy his meal. Will be coming back to try other dishes
