Ted Simons If you’re in Waxahachie, this is a MUST. We stopped here on our way back home. We were searching for an option for lunch and weee amazed by just how many options the menu had. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and the food was simply incredible. We got several items knowing we could take stuff back and we didn’t regret it at all. Peach Cinnamon Roll? The cream cheese had just enough of the peach flavor in it. Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal - my wife loves oatmeal, I don’t mind it and my daughter usually won’t touch it. But we ALL loved it. They had a fall specialty item - S’mores Stuffed French Toast. Simply amazing. Creamy, dreamy chocolate spread between two pieces of French toast that’s topped with mini marshmallows and whip cream. Heaven. The bacon is crisped just right, and the flavor profile just keeps hitting even after that initial bite. I got the brisket cheddar biscuit… KILLER. Two soft biscuits topped with sliced brisket that’s packed with flavor. Then topped with cheddar cheese and an egg of your style and potatoes (I got the home fries). Hands down perfection. I think we just found a new annual stop!

Gary Mingus We were looking for a new seafood place for our 46th anniversary and decided to try Atkins Seafood! The waitress was great, atmosphere was delightful and food was outstanding as well as the “old fashioned” from the bar! BIG portions and certainly was take home worthy. Salmon & crab legs! Yum

M J Lucas First time here and wow! The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it’s 4 hours from my home. We got the Sumo Roll and we are in love. The shrimp fried rice was really good too, but if you love sushi and seafood, get the Sumo Roll. There is a robot that brings the food to the table too. It was very fun atmosphere. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

Jen Royalty What a freaking gem! The food is amazing. The space is so cozy and great energy. The service was amazing with very sweet people working. Sadie was very sweet and constantly checked on us. We ordered veggie plate, spinach and avocado omelette, and mini pot roast plate. Everything tasted delicious. The fried green tomatoes and potato soup were my favorites! The broccoli salad is delicious and the lavender matcha latte! I wish there was one up north near Plano but I’ll make the drive for this! Can’t wait to try more here ! They have brunch and dinner and a weekend brunch with completely different menus!

Bouziane Lauren My husband and I ordered from here on DoorDash and it didnt disappoint!! My husband said it was a quaint and friendly establishment that appears to be family-owned and run. The burgers were incredible, the portion sizes stellar for the combo price. He impulse bought some chocolate mousse while picking up our order because it looked really tasty (man, was it!). Probably the best burger weve had in Hachie in a long time! Highly recommend

Lindsay Aceto Food was incredible and service was great. HOT boils were spicy, but still full of flavor! So glad this place has moved into town. We will definitely be back. Only negative is the doorbell lol it goes off non-stop

Regina Deeds This place is wonderful! First time visiting and my husband had the grande burrito, I had the salmon and both dishes were so good! We’ve been looking for a great Mexican food restaurant and we are thrilled to have found this place. It’s regional cuisine from Oaxaca Mexico which makes it even more authentic. The environment was a friendly and our server Evelyn was adorable and so attentive and sweet. We will definitely return! Chips and salsa were so good too!!

Chris Wolf Great food and chill, laid back atmosphere. Good bar selections. Plenty of fresh fish options. Oyster bar. Fair amount of TVs to watch the game. Super friendly staff. I had a lite lunch of gumbo and crab cake. I did notice the arugula salad dressing was a bit salty but the flavor was excellent. The crab cake was a good size for an appetizer. Lots of lump crab meat and a nice seasoning. The gumbo was really good and spicy! I liked the blend of fish, shrimp, sausage and chicken. Just the right amount of rice and okra too! Thanks for making my visit a memorable one.

Jesse Collier I was so impressed. The food is absolutely phenomenal — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly crafted by people who care. The service is every bit as good — Dennis, the manager, runs an outstanding team. Every interaction feels genuine. Even the to-go boxes are hand-labeled with the dish and date — that kind of attention to detail says it all. I’ve eaten at some of the best restaurants in Vegas, New York, and LA, and I’m telling you — the steak here ranks right up there with them. I now have standing reservations every single Saturday night. It’s that good. Completely worth the trip. Go out of your way to come here.

Somehow Still Alive The establishment was very clean, the food came quickly, and the host/hostess were very attentive. The Hell Ramen was amazing, the combination ( a additional $3) comes with beef, shrimp, and chicken (no pork) The Rangoons were filled and the roasted pork buns were delicious and meaty. Will definitely come again.

Richard Garcia I called it Ida Mae Browns but I was being silly. The food was delicious!! I had the catfish, it was very good thick meat and Ibwas able to eat withoit tartar sauce can the breading was seasined right!!! The candied yams were da bomb and the cabbage was to die for!!! My wife had the smothered pork chops and the portion was big. We will return if we are in the area.

LaToya D.R. Dancing Daiquiris in Waxahachie, Texas, is truly a hidden gem! The daiquiri flavors are amazing, and the customer service is just as good. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and chill—perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great drink. Highly recommend!

Susan Ross We are dropping our daughter off at college in Waxahachie and found this adorable place. The food was all so delicious. I had the soup of the day which was green chili with chicken and hominy. Very tasty!! My salad was the Texas Caesar Salad, a yummy twist on your typical Caesar salad. Hubby had a huge and delectable hamburger and my daughter had the panini and house salad. We all loved our food and they topped off their lunch with the strawberry shortcake. We will be back!! Our waitress was sweet and attentive.
