Don Bradford I won’t say anything bad about anyone. I will say that I was involved in a motorcycle accident and had three major surgeries because of it. I needed a lawyer and called this firm.the receptionist assured a call back as the lawyers were on vacation.two days later I get a call and I explained what happened. The attorney was really hesitant to seem to want to take my case. He said he was still on vacation and would call when he returned. I had to call him back. After a couple weeks of waiting and back and forth I gave up. Figured they didn’t want this case . I did call the nix law firm and it was the best decision I could of made. Misty Day Well so far my guy is still locked up in the county jail. The attorney assured him he wouldnt be indicted. Things gonna be fine. He still hasnt seen my guy, almost 90days in. Non prosecution affidavit signed, still nothing but an indictment. The same one he said would not be happening. I understand there are no guarantees and he is court appointed etc. Then again, maybe I dont. Maybe my guy was hit by a truck while on a bicycle. Maybe he had had MAJOR BRAIN SURGERY a very short time before arrest and was not acting himself. Told police on more than one occasion. Seems to me his attorney, court appointed or no would be trying to DEFEND HIM . ... Tried to call again myself as I did after indictment. I received no call back then, now he is out of town.

Rita Everett I wish I had never used Bob Estrada . When I hired him he promised my son would get probation. My son ended up getting 40 years and he told me he could not get probation with his circumstance, but two other people were charged and had more then my son and one girl got off on probation. The other got 20 years. Tell me how this is justice he was supposed to be on my side.. I know the DA paid him off or the prosecutor so anyone thinking about using Bob Estrada think twice He is crooked, just like the system!! Mind you my son has never been in trouble before he was only 19 years old.

JDM Vlogs Was paid 8000 dollars to not ever meet or make one phone call to his client in 2 years. In 2 years of being on the case he didnt do anything but lie to us and make excuses why he cant visit his client. He washed his wallet and ruined his I.D.? Wow and your supposed to be a good lawyer? When he was paid in cash he was very shady about the deal. Didnt want his secretary to know he was getting paid. He refuses to talk to anyone on the case. We have changed lawyers since and still need our case files and he refuses to do anything. 8000 dollars for what sir? What did you do you besides steal our money? I would try to find someone who is more ethical in the way they practice. Someone who wont be taking your money in the back room and not putting it on the books.

He suffers from a severe cognitive disability, he ended up hiring Mr. Trotter (on is own without my help) on the spot over the phone. Frank immediately asked for money without really hearing the situation, there was no paperwork. He basically said he would take any amount. The secretary then saved his debit card information charged him 600 dollars, didnt ask for his phone number or name. For the last 2 months weve called everyday and are not able to get a hold of him. Us being in a different state there is no physical way for us to meet with him other than over the phone. Weve spoke other defense attorneys and there is a lot that can be done before the day of the trial, Mr. Trotter has done nothing. Not contacted any of the references weve left.
