Due to the fact you have been violating my civil rights here and many times before!! Its a shame Im not going to be able to prove all the bull yall pulled off. Stop arresting everyone for marijuana and ruining their lives all the while the the city manager has been growing and distributing marijuana for 30 years but he’s free????!!! Where’s the fairness in that????!!
