Calvin Crosby I had a consult in January with Mrs. Wiley and her Office Manager Mary. The consult seemed to go well and I asked if I could have a couple weeks to speak with my family and get back with them. Once I tried to get back in touch I would leave voicemails and not get returned calls, when someone did answer the phone they stated that the attorney Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week or week and a half. I finally had to go up to the office since it had been roughly a month and half without hearing anything. When I got to the office it was the same story oh Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week and half well have to get back to you in a couple weeks that never happened so I called several times before getting someone on the phone and they didnt even know what was going on the paralegal was out of the office and Mrs. Wiley was in a meeting. The next day I finally got a call only to be told that Mrs. Wiley was not comfortable taking on my case. This was known weeks ago I dont understand why they wasted my time by giving me the run around instead of just letting me know they didnt want to take the case. This whole experience was unprofessional.

Mark Worrell Ive really appreciated the assistance and care Ms Wiley has shown for my dad. Consistent follow up, thoughtful interactions, and honoring my dads attorney client privilege. Only issue weve had is that appointments occasionally get shifted for court appearances

Godwin Timothy (III Timothy) Had an appointment today that I had to cancel which was scheduled last Monday. The clerk had an attitude about scheduling me for Next Monday saying that she told me they only schedule 48 hours in advance, in which she never had told me. And insisted she made an exception for me because I scheduled with them on Thursday a day before Good Friday. I told her that we incorrect because we were about to schedule a week out. Looks like Customer Service is lacking in the Office of Ed Laughlin. Because only scheduling people up to 48 hours in advance sounds a bit fishy.

Keyavonni Green If I could give negative stars I would. Melissa told me, a disabled veteran she could not help me because she didn’t want to listen to my concerns. She assumed a lot because of our discussions but did not allow me to speak. To tell a disabled veteran you cannot help them when they are the ones paying you and seeking your services is crazy work. Melissa needs to p r a y more and understand although life is hard you don’t have to dish that out. Her behavior and representation of this company as a whole was nasty. And I would not recommend anyone especially my brother and sisters in arms to use this service.

Shay Robinson Nothing but unethical, inept, incompetent, rude, valueless, zero standard, falsifying behavior from Lane and Marlene. 9 months of thievery, falsification of information, and incompetence was received from these people to a "client" looking for legal representation. If this is any indication of legal representatives around Central Texas then citizens stand a better chance with a dead gnat.
