Madison Worst experience. I called to seek legal advice, to even see if I had a case or not because I really was not sure, and I dont hold it against them for not taking my "case" but again I just wanted some advice on the matter. However the girl who took my information was so rude. She asked a question that I did not understand, so I said I wasnt sure what she was asking and she raised her voice at me. She really didnt take anything I said with seriousness and made me not even want to finish talking to her. Its horrible for someone thats going to be the first line of your service to be so rude.

Austin Huber Absolutely horrible I can’t even express how disappointed I am with this law office. For starters the lawyer had no respect at all. Very rude and argumentative. I don’t know how this guy even became a lawyer. When asked why I did not show up to a court date that I was never aware of and because I was working. Made the smart comment of well if I know a court date is coming that he would take the time to go. Well if you were to listen I have no idea when the court date was and I have to work. Absolutely unprofessional he sounded like an uneducated little boy. I advise that anyone stay away from this law office and that’s coming from a 9 year vet and former law enforcement. When I asked for his name because it was a consultation he would not give it to me. He then thought he was going to represent me absolutely not. I need a professional lawyer. You did not give your name at all. Because I called you out for being rude and unprofessional. I HIGHLY recommend that no one uses this law office. Absolutely terrible. This law office did in fact get all the information. Just wanted to argue this lawyers attitude screamed that he is only in it for a paycheck and simply nothing more. And if you where listening like I explained then you would know that this would have been a simple win for you that you desperately needed.

I kept being told by her many secretaries (which she could never keep) that she would type the letter up next week. Haha, next week never came. I finally got tired of messing with her and called NOLO which told me to send her a certified letter telling her I didnt think she had my best interest at heart. I wanted my money back! She gave me part of it. I wasted months waiting on this person. Whats funny is that I was talking about Cynthia to my hair dresser and a woman whom was waiting for a hair cut asked me if I was talking about Cynthia stagner. She told me her story. Ross Lewis If you have been charged with a felony, or a serious misdemeanor crime in Grayson County, you need to hire Pamela McGraw as your attorney. There are a few, well known attorneys in Grayson County who advertise in every media outlet and claim they are dedicated to fight for your rights. Personally, I didnt want someone to fight for me. I wanted someone who had a good working relationship with the prosecutors and judges and was well respected in that circle. Not only has Mrs. McGraw established an elevated status of respect from the opposition, she is also aware that timing is everything. The difference between a prison sentence and probation could very well be determined by someones mood when your attorney presents your case. I also wasnt looking to be in debt for the next 10 years. Mrs. McGraw isnt the cheapest attorney in town, nor should she be. But fancy advertising is expensive. And it is evident when some of the well known attorneys in Grayson County reveal to you their fees. I hope I never need her again. But I am glad she is there if I do. Darren Ross Lewis
