I called to seek legal advice, to even see if I had a case or not because I really was not sure, and I dont hold it against them for not taking my "case" but again I just wanted some advice on the matter. However the girl who took my information was so rude. She asked a question that I did not understand, so I said I wasnt sure what she was asking and she raised her voice at me. She really didnt take anything I said with seriousness and made me not even want to finish talking to her. Its horrible for someone thats going to be the first line of your service to be so rude.

dj Tucker: Paid Cynthia to write a letter for me. She said it wouldnt take long. Months later and several calls and trips to her office later and still no letter. I kept being told by her many secretaries (which she could never keep) that she would type the letter up next week. Haha, next week never came. I finally got tired of messing with her and called NOLO which told me to send her a certified letter telling her I didnt think she had my best interest at heart. I wanted my money back! She gave me part of it. I wasted months waiting on this person. Whats funny is that I was talking about Cynthia to my hair dresser and a woman whom was waiting for a hair cut asked me if I was talking about Cynthia stagner. She told me her story. GOD Cynthia, what the heck are you doing??? This is 2018. There is this great invention called the internet that can really put a damper on your business. Please, just do what people pay you to do.

The original communication was great, he told me he would be able to help me with my cases, I just needed time to collect the money. However, when I had the money to pay, he stopped communicating all together. I texted multiple times, he looked at all the messages and still I have not heard a single word. Communicating if youre no longer able to work a case anymore would have proven more respectable than not saying anything at all. It speaks levels on your morale and character.

Kurtis Brunson: Definitely would not recommend chip pelley to anyone. I paid $1500 down for a divorce he told me it would be started. It was partly done when things started working out between myself and my ex wife. His secretary told me to keep them in the loop. A month later a received an email for chip pelley telling my I needed to come up with $4500 in 5 days or he was dropping my case. Needless to say I had no choice but to not pay it cause theres no way I had that kind of money to throw around. I will tell everyone I can to not go to him!!!
