I have never had to use a lawyer before this, but if I do she will be my first pick. Daylene helped me gain custody of my son indefinitely. Alissa Ekl My parents went to this attorney for help in terminating a contract and he has done nothing. At first he talked to them but now he does not return any phone calls and is conveniently out of the office when they try to go see him. I even tried to call him and received no return call. I have to agree with what TLJ wrote on the reviews. Thankfully, we did not wait long to write this attorney off.

First of all there were no reviews of this attorney anywhere online until I left this negative and honest review from my families experience. My review was the very first until recent. I have other family members that were involved and they could also leave their reviews as well but havent since I posted mine. They find my review sums up what happened and what needed to be said. I find it interesting that a few months after leaving my review all of the sudden people started leaving 5 star reviews for this attorney. Some didnt even bother to write anything. Anyone with common since can see what is going on here. These other reviews are from people who are friends with this attorney and or probably work in the legal field. Please keep reading my honest review is below, thank you. When my family and I first met Mr. Hankins we thought he was competent and was going to be a decent attorney. As the case dragged on and on for two years we started to realize we made a bad choice in hiring this attorney. He made promises that he could not keep. He said he was going to do this and that but would never follow through. He was supposed to put in a breach of contract suit for the party we were in the law suit against since they would not follow through with the agreement, but never did. He kept on cutting more and more deals. Started making decisions before talking them over with us. A few times he would counsel us and told us we needed to do this and it would help our case. As soon as we followed his legal advice he called and said he made a terrible mistake and the advice he gave us was incorrect. He made plenty of rude comments and even mentioned he would rather defend the person we were in the law suit against due to the fact we were too honest. What kind of attorney is this we asked! Thought honesty was the best policy especially when it came to the Law. When the case was finally over he collected more money than we his client received. He even added an extra cost for the breach of contract suite that he never even filed and made a few extra thousand off that. This attorney just proves how we all feel about attorneys in general. Matt Phillips Jeffrey Coe is hands down the best and most honest attorney you’ll find. He truly knows the law, and if he’s ever unsure about something, he takes the time to dig into it and find the right answer. Unlike many attorneys who are only focused on getting a paycheck, Jeffrey genuinely cares about helping his clients and giving them honest, straightforward advice. I went through five attorneys for my divorce before I found Jeffrey, and working with him was the best decision I ever made. My first attorney, who is also excellent but doesn’t handle divorces, referred me to Jeffrey, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He tells it like it is, doesn’t sugarcoat things, and is absolutely worth every penny. If you need an attorney who will fight for you with integrity and deep legal knowledge, Jeffrey Coe is the one to call.

Coyote Jim Ummmm. Unless you never want to hear from your attorney, dont hire this guy. Ive called, emailed, you name it. Our case would have paid Coe and his "Co-attorney" more than $2.5Million each. Yet, they both just ghosted us. And apparently, they did this to many others as well. Later, i will be posting the texts between us showing how he said he was going to call, nothing, then excuses why he didnt call, then scheduling a call, nothing again. Yeah, if you have won a HUGE settlement that is easy to get and you even told him where the money is so you can get it, then dont go to these guys. Its pathetic.

Krystal Green Do not try to use Phil fletcher. Me and my husband took measures for a lawyer. So we put money down. We never spoke to the lawyer or saw the lawyer. Now we are trying to get our money back and the secretary doesn’t see the lawyer?? We’ve been trying for 2 days to get our money back so we can go out of state to work. Please, save yourself the hassle and find someone else.

Kelli McClendon Do not hire Mark Cargill!!! I paid him $2500… I got one phone conversation and four emails. He is a liar and a cheat. I have filed a complaint against him with the Bar Association. He is not on the side of his client.

Alissa Paul Weaver I gave them one star because it was suppose to be a custody battle. Had to pay 5000 and charged extra for filing paperwork. We ended up only going to court once and decided to go a different route. All in all it shouldnt have cost me that much money and they didnt even offer some kind of refund. He doesnt like doing family law so I would definitely go with another attorney for that issue. They are sweet people but not who u need on ur side on a custody battle especially when one parent is braining washing the child since they were divorced. When they saw my rating I was emailed why they only got one star and how they could better their business. I wasnt gonna write anything on the review just the one star but that didnt sit well with me. Everyone has an opinion and this is mine.

Diane Wooddell-Stanfield Absolutely the best lawyer! I was very nervous about needing to get a lawyer and the reasoning behind it but after talking with Josh Liles and even his wonderful wife Ashley about my case I knew I was in good hands. They were so very helpful, extremely informative and kind. They reassured me that things would be okay all while helping me figure out what was needed to be done step by step. They helped me with things I otherwise would have been lost on my own. I am very thankful for Mr. Liles!
