Master Lyck Hello, I never wrote reviews but the fact that I am shows how bad this was. I went because I recently got a speeding ticket, Shoshana R. Dinerstein was the one representing me, she came in two times and never ever appeared again, I tried to ask question but she was really impatient and her attitude was rude. I ended up having to wait 6 HOURS while everyone was leaving , I was one of the last ones in the courtroom, and for the kicker, she actually left midway that’s why my stay was so long, I ended up getting taken care of a different law firm that was there and they got me out quick. She was rushing her job and didn’t allow for questions, she just told me to sit and wait till 2pm and I went in at 8am. I definitely will not pay for their services ever again after what I experienced with her.

Alejandro Fernandez Favreau I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Shoshana R. Dinerstein from Citizen Law Firm. After waiting for my name to be called at court, she called me up and immediately had a rude and dismissive attitude. She was yelling at an officer helping her call someone and didn’t speak to me professionally at all. When it was finally my turn, she rushed through everything and told me I had to either plead guilty or enter a deferred disposition—unless I wanted to pay extra for them to actually defend me, which made no sense considering I had already paid Citizen Law Firm and was still responsible for the full $225 court fee. I tried to explain what happened in my case, and she abruptly cut me off and told me to “zip it.” I wasn’t even given a chance to speak or ask questions. She walked out of the room without offering any instructions, leaving me confused and forced to ask the court clerk what to do next. I would not recommend Citizen Law Firm to anyone. This felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and I left feeling disrespected and unsupported. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will actually talk to you and advocate for you, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Kael Denton If I could give zero stars I would. Attorney is extremely unprofessional, refused to follow local rules regarding disclosure of evidence, couldnt be bothered with the facts of the case, and thought he could just wing it through a jury trial regarding custody of children. Refused to obey his clients wishes to disclose evidence and negotiate with opposing counsel, leading to absolute chaos in the courtroom, such as Simmons objecting to himself for 30 minutes in response to answers from a witness HE CALLED TO THE STAND. Couldnt be bothered to prepare witness questions; the first time he spoke to any of my witnesses was when they were called to the stand. Stay away. This guy will yell at you and dismiss your concerns then point the finger at you when you call his bluff. "no good deed goes unpunished"? NOTHING THAT YOU DID WAS A GOOD DEED. "Youre such a victim." Get over yourself. You MADE THINGS WORSE due to your negligence and inaction. You lead to me trial without a case because you couldnt be bothered to disclose evidence and now I have to suffer the consequences while you play golf and rub elbows. The audacity and lack of humility is astonishing.

I never had to go into an office or courtroom. Mr. Rashid explained the rates, timeline, and answered big-picture questions, it was Jennifer who truly guided me through every step. M G Let me start by saying, this is long overdue on my part, and I offer my sincere apologies of not posting this so much sooner: Attorney Rashid and his team are the best!!  Choosing Mr. Rashid as my attorney, and all his staff, Diane and his front desk assistant, in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, could not have been better. They were nothing but responsive, professional, and courteous during the entire process. Every question and concern was addressed with fast results. I applaud this firm, for their expertise in the legal bankruptcy process, and I highly recommend them. Filing bankruptcy is not an easy process most of us want to go through, but I will say, that this is the team you want to get you through the whole process. From start to finish, everything happened just as Mr. Rashid laid out. The packet was very clear and very helpful to understand the way the process would move forward. Daniel Davila Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this law firm. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my case, and when someone finally responded, they were dismissive and lacked any sense of urgency or empathy. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support, especially when dealing with legal matters that are already stressful. This firm made the process even more frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or respectful legal representation.

odalys alas Honestly I did not want to write this review, because at the beginning they were so attentive and great , but it all just fell trough, my accident was 2 years ago already everything was going great until I got pregnant mid 2023 I told the agent that was helping at the time that I wanted to stop and wanted to see if we could settle because I was not longer going to be able to get treat me since I needed some X-rays done , but then she should said to wait until my pregnancy was over to keep with the treatment so I did , fast forward June of last year I call back then they tell me I can no longer do my treatment since is been so long , keep in mind that was there recommendation , I said that was fine that I wanted to settle then , a few months go by and I still don’t hear nothing back , then the other 2 people involve start calling to get updated and that’s when we actually hear from that agent again, I didn’t want to be rude because I know things take time , but anyway they start calling almost every other week and they got answers and everything and they got their settlement like a month after , but when I would call I would get told that the girl was not there or that she would call me back always an excuse(keep in mind I was not bothering them like that I would call maybe 2 a month) then I was finally able to talk to ma, Chavez which she is super sweet and then she gets my stuff sent out that was about I believe 4 months ago , then again I wait even tho they said it wouldn’t take long , then once I call again I get told they change my agent , and that she was trying to get my case ready and that that’s what was taking so long , at this point I’m frustrated because they won’t call me to give updates but the girl that answer was sweet as well and explain then I said that it was okay I just wanted updates , then I actually get a call back in the beginning of December with an update, and said she was sending a new offer and that they should hear back in a few weeks, okay cool right, well I didn’t hear back, I call back this week and I’m greeted with a different person and honestly the way he talk to me I didn’t like at all it was somewhat rude I was just asking a question , because he mention that they had sent an offer in January 12 , all I ask was , is this a different offer and I was not aware ( because they told me the last offer in the beginning of December) then he like laughed and tells well I don’t know I can’t see all of that I can only tell you what I see( while laughing) and honestly I just really though that was rude especially because I was only asking a simple question, I think I been patient and understanding specially because I know things take time , but now I’m just so frustrated and angry with law firm and patient with the fact that I had about 3 agents in The time handle my case, and I can’t even get a somewhat reasonable answer, I wasn’t asking for a lot just plain communication. Honestly disappointed because again at first everything was great.

lauren thomas I had high hopes for KGS Law when I hired them to handle my case after a car accident that left me with serious injuries, including arthritis in my foot and hands. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite the severity of my injuries, including long-term pain and loss of mobility, the firm has been pushing me toward a settlement offer that seems unfairly low. The compensation they are offering does not reflect the true impact this accident has had on my life, including not only the physical pain but also the emotional and financial toll. On top of that, I lost my car during the whole process, which has made everything even harder to manage. I feel like my case has not been given the attention and seriousness it deserves. The communication has been lacking, and it seems like they are more focused on getting a quick settlement than ensuring that I receive a fair and just outcome. The amount is equivalent to the insurance offer. I would not recommend KGS law firm to others in similar situations. If you are facing serious injuries and long-term consequences from an accident, make sure you seek a law firm that truly advocates for your best interests and is committed to securing fair compensation.
