Kasi Costello My husband is 100% disabled veteran with mental difficulties. This state now has refused to correct his child support amount for TWENTY TWO MONTHS, while he’s on a fixed income. He is now in FALSE arrears, making us unable to buy a house and putting him at risk for a warrant, eventually. Is this how you treat a THREE time war vet???!!!! I’ve blasted every congressman, governor and news station in the country this week and I hope every one of them exposes this insanity. I hope the lawsuit gives my husband what he deserves after being hospitalized due to a stress heart attack, and me getting to pick him up from suicidal episodes because he feels there is no hope. I don’t know HOW your people keep jobs. Here In OK it takes THIRTY days to adjust support , and your state could probably hire a chimpanzee and get a better job done.
