Anna A Charges Consultation fee. We were pleased with the consultation which continued our services with them. During the consultation Mr. Alberto Garcia stated my case would take at the most 3 months. Services started in April and ended in November which took a total of 7 months. His secretary Laura was horrible! She was inexperienced in our type of case which lead to the long process altogether. Mr. Garcia seemed to always be out of the office, busy, on vacation, excuse after excuse (according to his secretary). Even with 2 scheduled appointments I was not able to have a meeting with him in regards to our dissatisfaction with the process. For my second scheduled appointment, after I waited at the office for 15 minutes Laura failed to inform me that Mr. Garcia was not even aware of the scheduled meeting and he was unavailable to meet. Finally, I stated to Laura I had it with them and that I was going to report their office to the State Bar. I was able to meet with Mr. Garcia and after that my case went into over drive and was completed within a month! Overall, I do not recommend The Law Office of Alberto Garcia because of the unprofessional environment.

Jennifer Gonzalez Started working with her back in January 2021, I joined the military to help adjust my parents status. She communicated well the first couple months and after we paid her all the money, she never returned a call or email. My parents cases are still not finished and at this point we are working with other attorneys but need a case file of what was done to begin with. Will not return calls regardless of the 48 hours, respond to emails or messages on the client portal. 4 years later in the military and still no hope for my parents. Would NEVER recommend.

Kenia Robledo The attorney Thelma represented my mother at immigration courts. At the final court the judge asked the attorney why didnt she do a U-Visa, instead of asylum. She should have known better is what the Judge told Thelma in front of my mother. She would have qualified for a Visa, anyways my mother ended up getting deported. Also its impossible to speak to the attorney, you can leave a thousand messages and never get a call back. I was just a kid when this attorney got hired and didnt understand quite well how everything worked, wish i could have known more and actually hired a good trust worthy attorney. I Do not recommend this firm at all.

Very responsive, returning phone calls texts whatever was necessary they made my friend feel the confident one has to feel when in this situation (looking for a right lawyer and one that will not take advantage) within a month and five days her sister was released and is starting the process. Happily She reunited with her family her daughter, I have seen the joy in my best friend’s heart life having her sister back! I want to thank God First and there is so much power in prayer!! I want to personally thank and recommend Thelma 100%!! Laura Rentfro Tyndall My mother needed some estate planning done and was referred to this office. She had her first meeting and was told hed let her know when things were drawn up and ready to sign. Shes been waiting over six months now. Shes called many times. Usually no one answers, sometimes someone does but no one gets back to her. Shes been patiently waiting for half a year. Ridiculous.

Had a custody battle with an ex who wanted to get out of child support but only wanted custody of one child (other parent never attended court cases which prolonged the case) and Judge Robles helped me get the case dismissed and also the non custodial parent had to pay way more in child support when we finally got done with the case.
