1 /5 Jennifer Gonzalez: Started working with her back in January 2021, I joined the military to help adjust my parents status. She communicated well the first couple months and after we paid her all the money, she never returned a call or email. My parents cases are still not finished and at this point we are working with other attorneys but need a case file of what was done to begin with. Will not return calls regardless of the 48 hours, respond to emails or messages on the client portal. 4 years later in the military and still no hope for my parents. Would NEVER recommend.
