IFA Team Katherine is not only a bad attorney, but also a bad person. I hired her and paid her thousands of dollars. She refused to do the work, and upon asking, she would just say I have to charge you more even though she did not do anything. She stole my money flat out, and when asked to return the money or do the work, she stole the money, withdrew from the case, and as a result of her not filling any kind of paperwork, I lost my business and my damages are in the millions, and I will be suing her. She must have learned from the criminals she represents as she is the lowest for of life of humans and belong in jail. Help me God, I will be going after her for damages and get her disbarred, I know she does not belong in the profession as I am a lawyer myself.

Tre Couvillion TC Catherine Ferguson will take advantage of you and your situation to try and get as much money out of you as possible. My situation was cut and dry. Only accusations made against me and she charged me for almost 10 hours of her time ($2700). She absolutely DID NOT spend 10 hours on my situation. There is not even that much information to go over. My situation ended up being accusations dropped for defending myself. No charges filed, no court dates. Everything was dropped. I HAD TO REACH OUT OVER & OVER and finally after 6 months she sent me the receipt for services and $300 back of the $3000 retainer fee. Shady as it gets ! Life lesson: NEVER TRUST A LAWYER !

A J Steer clear of Jason Duff, he took me for over 3500 on a guardianship for my mother. Didnt hear from this guy in months, refused to respond via message portal and his paralegal does what....goes in circles with clients. He is a glorified scam artist STAY AWAY DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GUYS BS. He stated he dropped everything for the case I brought him..lol yea bud great thing to say to ur clients...shortlived clients Editing: I find it VERY odd that he doesnt have more reviews because its highly unlikely Im the only person he has done this to...strange I tell you. The whole office acts like they dont know anything or its the opposite of whats happening. Its the art of confusion.

Jim Natso He needs to retire. He was court appointed Constantly threw me under the bus with judge aiken. Didnt know who i was or what my name was even tho he had seen me 6 times already. Vt didnt care about looking into My case to see if there was any wing doing by the police and didnt care that my fourth amendment rights just been blatently violated Everytime he got in front of the judge to talk for me he suffered A fit of alztimers . I had to hire another lawyer after he promised me ten years if i went to trial for possession under 1 gram. Then he charged me 3000 dollars court costs after i hired another lawyer for half that and i had to plea out because he had done irreversible damage to my case. I couldnt believe anything he was telling me I was not guilty but had to take five years of probation and nearly died while in jail from resting the spoiled meat and drinking bleach water from the faucet. James Smith is ok or a person and seems passionate still about practicing law but Smith Gilley and judge Aiken are 2 ppl asking with the caddo Mills corp. Cope police who stalk customers at 10 pm at the pilot with their lights off and invent crimes and have fake lab results printed up on their police department printers to pretend in discovery and when i asked for a copy and what exactly it said i was denied. And denied right to have said substance tested by my own lab. Disgusted with the corruption in this county and the egos of these DAs and judges. Ive lived here all my life and settled down and had My life on order and never hurt not a single person. I mind my own u hear and keep to myself and i dont judge one damn person or hold myself to be better than anyone. Hire Russell brookside brooks from the jump its sad that hes the only one to lic. To practice law out here that can do anything for an innocent person with a history. This county needs some me faces that actually care about practicing law and helping ppl not just doing who they can get away with conv. And sending to Safp that they own and or have financial interest in and demanding unrealistic guidelines and charging unreasonable amounts of money to have further human rights be violated
