    A J: Steer clear of Jason Duff, he took me for over 3500 on a guardianship for my mother. Didnt hear from this guy in months, refused to respond via message portal and his paralegal does what....goes in circles with clients. He is a glorified scam artist STAY AWAY DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GUYS BS. He stated he dropped everything for the case I brought him..lol yea bud great thing to say to ur clients...shortlived clients Editing: I find it VERY odd that he doesnt have more reviews because its highly unlikely Im the only person he has done this to...strange I tell you. The whole office acts like they dont know anything or its the opposite of whats happening. Its the art of confusion.

    Krista Goswick: We met with Mr Mitchell and paid the retainer. He sent a letter to the man who had stolen $13K from us, and that was pretty much it. He doesn’t return emails and hasn’t returned a phone call since he sent the letter and needed a response from us. If we need a response, it’s radio silence. We have tried getting the remainder of our retainer back, and surprise surprise, they don’t call back or mail the check. No itemized receipt. Nothing. But how do you sue a lawyer?
