sarah W This was the original lawyer that was hired to handle my mother’s estate after she passed. He co-conspired with my other 3 sisters to try write me out of the will. Did nothing for 2 years. I then hired another lawyer Kevin Lockhart who charged less and actually acted like he worked for me. John Carlson is based and I can not recommend this lawyer to any one excepting a positive result with out being riped off in some manner! This guy was a family friend to my sister that was living in the house. That we were trying to get sold. And he acted like it. He wouldn’t even file the deed in my name till I hired another lawyer to force him to do so!

Tami Baumann Kerr Court appointed her to be my, 86 year old moms “attorney ad Leitum.” Despite three doctors evaluations, court pending, guardianship pending, Luna allowed mom to be moved out of her home “on a trial basis” knowing mom wished to live in her home, as documented in court. Has Luna remained impartial to adult children? She approved of the removal of mom and her furniture from moms beautiful ranch home, by one adult child, despite moms request to live in her home. Caregiver funding is readily available for part time help for mom in her home, but instead has been placed in an apartment/assisted living 60 miles away from her home. Please call me if you have any questions about Melinda Luna, prior to hiring her. Go meet Luna in person if you’re hiring her privately, you can form your own opinion of her capabilities. Luna gets paid by Kerr County because the court assigns her to “protect” people she’s representing.
