1 /5 Gailyn Sutton: This summer, paid 1/2 toward a ring there that needed to be resized. In October, I went in to finish paying for the ring and pick it up. He had never resized it, but told me to come back in a couple of days and he would have it. Because of my work schedule, I could not get back until almost a month later. He still did not have my ring ready. He told me to come back in an hour and he would have it, which I was unable to do as I already had a prior appointment. I can understand the ring not ready the first time, but the 2nd time was unacceptable. Once I get my ring, I will not buy anything else here.
