Another person arrived at the door the same time. As we were leaving, another person came. I went back to my vehicle and saw someone go to the door, inside. I thought they had unlocked it. I go back to the door and its still locked. As we were leaving, 2 more people went to the "locked" door. I had gone there on a Saturday weeks ago & there was a sign on the locked door. I came from Mt. Pleasant.

He had never resized it, but told me to come back in a couple of days and he would have it. Because of my work schedule, I could not get back until almost a month later. He still did not have my ring ready. He told me to come back in an hour and he would have it, which I was unable to do as I already had a prior appointment. I can understand the ring not ready the first time, but the 2nd time was unacceptable. Once I get my ring, I will not buy anything else here.

I felt like I was piecing together a mystery with the lack of information given. The promised delivery timeline of 10-12 weeks? More like an eternity! Im still waiting, and the excitement of receiving the jacket has been overshadowed by constant delays. Its clear that their ordering process needs a serious upgrade to meet modern expectations. If youre considering ordering from Balfour, be prepared for a long wait and a lot of guesswork. I hope they can improve their communication and streamline their process because right now, its just not cutting it.
