    Seth Jordan: I really liked this place when it opened, the staff was a lot friendlier and actually made you feel welcomed. When I recently went in for my bracelet to get cleaned there were two woman behind the counter, one older and one much younger. The younger woman was very polite while the older one was very snarky as well as extremely judgmental. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a man that wears a pandora bracelet or if she’s just miserable. While I was waiting a girl had come in to ask the older woman if there was anything she could do to get the right bracelet length since she had ordered it online and gotten the wrong size. New bracelet mind you, this lady told her to go to a jewelry repair store to see if they could add to it! Surely there was something she could’ve done to help the girl but no she sent her away. As I waited for my bracelet I received it back a jumbled mess and looking hardly touched.. I took it as it was since i had to get going for work, but even as I waited and took one last glance at the charms that I had been looking at the entire time! The older woman asks “Do you need help putting on your bracelet sir.” I will not be visiting if she’s there. I’ve purchased multiple charms from pandora’s all around the US and have never felt like I didn’t belong.

    Marcus Lea: Like many of the other reviewers, I too received terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Dont reward poor customer service with your patronage. If you do, they will never change. There are better, more customer-focused establishments in this area. I would recommend passing this one by.

    Ashley Lamborn: DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.
