Lydia Nance I hate to give bad reviews. But, these guys are not trying anymore- that’s the impression I got. The “mechanic” was young, but moved like he was on his last leg. It was obvious he did not want to be there. And, the other guy - I’m not sure what he does except ask the owner what to do and what to say. They did the bare essentials and sent me out not once, but twice with vehicles that had the same issue i came in with. Two different vehicles. They need a few good mechanics and stop playing auto repair shop and fix something.

Patrick S. New to East TX area, we moved from Dallas to Tyler. Today I brought my wifes suv by the shop that was recommended by a good friend of mine who lives in Rusk. Both men didnt seem too busy to say hello, or saywell be right with you sir, nothing; they just looked at me as if I wasnt there. I could totally understand if the place was super busy, Im a respectful man and can read the room. There wasnt anyone here at all however,and I was a little taken back by no acknowledgement whatsoever, so I left. Very disheartening to have made the trip out this way.

Brad Thomas I took in a brand new set of gloss black wheels to be mounted. Wheels were never touched by anyone else. Got home and noticed they were scratched and the finish around the lug nut holes was all nicked up from not being careful with the impact wrench. Owner said they didnt do it and are not responsible if they are damaged. Great way to do business! Blocked us on social media and wouldnt return phone calls or messages.
