Paul and his crew, got her back on the road, very upfront about any work needed to be done before hand and explained the reasoning. Extremely professional and quick turn around time. I also had a blowout recently and could not find a tire anywhere in town, just happen to call him and he had an old one he said he would be willing to part with. But I ended finding one, there was no need to keep the one I got from him and he returned my money. Great people and highly recommended!!

Jay Jay I was coming from Clovis, NM after hitting a huge pot hole (if you know clovis...YOU KNOW) and I called around for a Hereford mechanic. This was the ONLY shop that immediately answered and was already waiting on me to bring my audi in from rougly 20 miles out from the call. Come to find out, my oil pan was damaged and my oil pressure sensor was almost done. The owner immediately pulled my car in and helped me get it fixed to finish going to Amarillo. Awesome guy and awesome service. Highly recommended.

Thom Young Had a minor cosmetic issue with car should have been an easy fix. I know these shops get busy but they didnt even really fix it just tried to patch up the issue. Much better shops in town.

Linda Sneed Our car was hit by another vehicle and broke the front left headlight and part of the bumper. Neills Body Shop fixed it and it looks great. We asked about having the other headlight cleaned so that it would look more like the new one. They did a great job on that too. Friendly and professional.

sheryl cook Three trucks passed me and one threw a rock that broke out my back window. I called them and gave them my vin they had an estimate put plastic on my window l told them to order it. It came the next day. Im a mail carrier and was only down a day. They did a great job and always treat me great. I definitely recommend them.

Jon Titan Went in for a diagnostic and the man, Chris, called me up when he was done. On the phone, he told me the issues my vehicle was having and gave me a rough estimate. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the invoice he gave me only said “diagnostic” and did not have the estimate for repair or the list of repairs needed. I had to ask him to repeat the repairs needed so I could right them down. He was very rude and seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to have his shop do the repairs as I decided I could manage the repairs myself. He said “I don’t need you wasting my time if I’m not doing the repairs.” I guess a $220 fee for a diagnostic not worth his time. He does not seem to understand that some people like to get diagnostics/estimates to compare prices and get second opinions, or just to know what the issues are. The only reason I brought my vehicle to his shop was because I wanted to support a local small business and not go to Stevens or a chain shop in Amarillo. Highly recommend choosing another shop in town.

Al Limas I was back home for a family event, and developed car problems. Although they were extremely busy, they still took my car in, and had it repaired by early afternoon. They were friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them.
