Fernando is very professional and explains things well. All the mechanics are really nice and helpful! I recommend this place! Their waiting room is clean and well kept, and theres even a spot to sit outside. They have some cool art out front too! Parking is easy as well.

ANGELA SEPEDA Came to Port Lavaca to do an estimate for a customer on a Saturday. Got a flat tire so we aired up the tire at Speedy Stop and quickly drove to Firestone. The online hours said open until 12:00. It’s 10:44 am but the store was closed. My husband had to buy new tires last year when he was in Lubbock. He was able to apply for a credit account with Firestone. He also got the warranty and since then has had to buy at least 3 new tires because the warranty doesn’t cover new tires! THAN WHAT DOES IT COVER??!! And here we are again.. same shit different day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRESTONE!

This place needs to update They’re NOT FIRESTONE but it does say Firestone outside their business and also on Google was waiting and waiting light’s were on and nobody inside! Called another Firestone in Victoria and they told me that Port Lavaca wasn’t a fire stone only had the name, that’s so dumb but glad I didn’t go inside because of the name hours ETC was off to a bad start I can imagine how the rest would’ve been.

Patricia Had a light go off in my car, telling me something about my tires. Pulled in thinking I needed air out they were about to blow. So the gentleman took two tires off his shelf and installed them immediately! Very friendly and nice.

Carey offered the warranty and I amy happy to let him do it. They may not be the cheapest but I have not shopped around. I feel they are looking out for my best intrest.

Javier Gonzalez Well I was in need of two front tires being a veteran on a budget I stopped in at the VA at social services and she started to call around for help after an hour and no help from any one carey tire shop said sure bring the car in. I took the car in and they replaced all for tires I had said I only the front done Mr. Carey said we dont do half a job so I am so grateful and thankful for gentlemen of his caliber. Mr. Carey went further by installing all tpms in the tires and replaced my missing spare tire. His explanation was veterans make sacrifices for those at home my way of giving back what a gesture made me tear up when I asked how much he handed me my keys and said have a good day thats when I broke down in my car of course. Steven Osborn I called yesterday, 20 minutes before closing, and asked if they had any openings to do the spray in bed liner for my truck. The gentleman was very polite and said to bring it in early and he will squeeze me in. They finished in 2 hours and change and called me to let me know it was ready. $350 + tax was a great deal. Truck looks great and they were very friendly during the entire experience. Thank you for a job well done! *Added- I also want to mention I have LED lights in the bed of the truck...didnt even charge me extra for the extra work. From the time he walked in the door to the time we walked out with our quote could not have been more than 15 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful, quick and efficient at his job. We may let them do the repairs as well. If there are that quick and efficient at repairs they will have my business on any future repairs that our Chevy Silverado may need
