Olivia Amazing service! Came to me the very next day after my car overheated on me and he knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. We ordered the parts and the same day they were delivered he was back here and working on my car. He was super transparent with me and showed me exactly what was wrong and how to notice it if anything were to happen in the future. He was very educational and taught me so much about my car! As women we sometimes get ripped off by male mechanics but he made me feel very comfortable and gave me a super fair price! I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate Joe and all of his help! I wish I could give more stars!

Yamilet S Unprofessional. Said he would come to me in an hour. Doesn’t show up and I don’t get notified until 4 hours after the time he said he’d see me. So I waited for nothing. Texted me saying he cannot help until tomorrow because he was helping another customer which I said was fine but then not even a minute after changes his mind and says he can’t help me THEN proceeds to block me for no reason. Don’t advertise yourself as a “call anytime if you need help” type of guy if you don’t even want to do it. I understand stuff happens but at least be professional and say something. Hope it works out better for others.

Tony Rivera READ BELOW BEFORE ACTUALLY TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE ! I would only trust that Mike dude with a simple service like oil change. He doesn’t know what he is doing . Paid $340 for an issue I had and same issue occurred 5 months later . Took it back in for (warranty) n he was trying to charge me again . Another $240. I said no n they still charged me $45 diagnostics fee . I brought my car home and now battery doesn’t work . When I called this clown out he got all defensive n said “call an attorney if you don’t like it” . Started talking to me like he was in the street . He never once apologized . He is not a professional . Do not take ur vehicle for any complex service cuz he doesn’t know what he is doing . Maybe an oil change … Maybe . Even then I would really think about it .

Martha Lopez Very bad customer service no tech available for hose fixture due to him being the only one available for it and was on a service call and would not be back till 3 hours. Then had their "service manager" come out to say to his employee "estas bien pendejo y me vale v***a" wich was kind of odd knowing customers were in the waiting area. Wont be back here again. Never had this problem or type of launguage with the man who was there before its like it all changed and not in a good way.

Yadira Lisset Mendoza Took our vehicle to get serviced. We were initially given a price of $100 to change the water pump and told it would take 2 days. Shop was recommended by my father in law. About 6 days in, he tells my father in law that the price would increase after he had already begun to work on it so we had no choice but to leave it there. Said it required another part changed. 10 days later, the truck was ready and we were told price went up to $200. We were assuming it was for the extra part. When my husband picked it up, he found out the other part was not changed. He offered $150 since nothing extra had been done. He was rudely told to just pay the $100 and to never go back. Even my father in law was banned. To top it off, he called my father in law saying that my husband showed up yelling and causing a scene, and also that he left burning rubber. My husband has a witness that none of this occurred. Very unprofessional and time consuming. Even though we were "banned" from seeking services, we would not have returned to this shop. If price was going to change or other services needed to be rendered, the client needs to be told in advance in order to gain approval. This was not done.. Bad experience with this shop.
