    Judy Jenkins: Nice, clean gym, front desk is always friendly. Jim is a great PT and keeps me on track. The downside: its small, so the equipment feels tight. I do wish their staffed hours were better. I hardly get to use the extra amenities that I pay for.

    Dj Antonacci: I dropped in for an early workout between 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised. The gym was clean, well-lit, and not crowded at all—huge win for those who like to train without waiting on machines. Equipment & Layout: This location offers a solid variety of machines and free weights, along with plenty of cardio options. I appreciated seeing a manual Assault Runner, stair climbers, and even flipping tires available for functional work. There’s a good range of dumbbells (up to 100 lbs), kettlebells, resistance machines, squat racks, a Smith machine, and cable machines. They also had foam rollers, yoga balls, and a functional training area with purple turf. The mirror wall and open space gave it a motivating atmosphere. Cleanliness & Vending: The gym is well-kept, and the bathrooms were clean, though they could use a few improvements—like a command hook or wall piece in the changing area so you have somewhere to hang your bag or jacket when you’re using the bench. It’s a small detail but would make a big difference. The vending machine was stocked with fitness-friendly drinks like and even takes Apple Pay. Community & Atmosphere: I liked the personal touch with the “Most Active Members” leaderboard and chalkboard wall. It’s clear this location values community. I also appreciated how the gym didn’t feel over-commercialized or overwhelming—it’s simple, functional, and convenient. Final Thoughts: Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. I plan to come back again tomorrow or Thursday, work permitting. I respect that this location may not be trying to be the “flashiest” gym around—but it delivers where it counts. A few minor tweaks could elevate it, but it’s a great spot to get your work in, especially early in the morning.

    Jose: I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The space is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes working out a lot more enjoyable. You can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. A special shoutout to the manager, Karen—she’s fantastic. Super friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the members. She’s always around checking in and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear she puts a lot of effort into making this gym a great place for everyone.
