4 /5 Judy Jenkins: Nice, clean gym, front desk is always friendly. Jim is a great PT and keeps me on track. The downside: its small, so the equipment feels tight. I do wish their staffed hours were better. I hardly get to use the extra amenities that I pay for.

Jim is an amazing trainer that makes you want to go into the gym and then regret going the next morning hes always pushing me beyond my limits in a good way. The gym does get busy some times but I guess thats a good sign.

5 /5 Gage Hearon: I joined this gym about three months ago because I needed something close by, and so far it’s been great. It’s not massive, but it’s definitely not too small, just the right size with all the equipment you need for solid workouts. The place is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have to give a special shout-out to Trey. His energy, helpfulness, and genuine effort to greet you by name and make workouts fun are exactly what you want representing a gym. If you’re thinking of joining, I highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Trey to get you started.

5 /5 Jingjing Tian: Great neighborhood gym, I have been working out here since 2020, they always keep everything clean and people are nice here. Coach Jim has been amazing! He created the workout plan tailored to my goals, pushed me to go beyond my limits, and kept me motivated so I could build and maintain a consistent fitness habit.

5 /5 UrMomGoes2College: Love this gym. I’ve been going for over two years now. Jim is a fantastic trainer and helped train me to complete the Spartan Beast. Without his help, I’m not sure I would have made it! My only complaint is that the gym is too small. I’ve had to switch up my workouts a few times due to limited space. Not a major deal-breaker, but a bit annoying at times.
