Thundercat: Love the equipment and clean gym. But there is always something broken here. Restrooms for over a week and I mean both women’s and men’s. Lastime it was tanning beds and then hydro. Owner please get repairs done. The staff is amazing I feel so bad for them having to walk to other businesses and ask to use their restrooms.

She helped me sign up for a buddy pass without any hassle and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service — she definitely made my visit a lot better!

Cherrice Lander: I have had a membership with EOS for about 3 months and I am a sauna girl for recovery. The sauna has been broken for the women for about 2pm this now. Also, I observe that different equipment is broken. Mind you this is a smaller gym than most location.
My issue is why does it take so long for EOS to have sauna fix and what are you doing to accommodate people who don’t pay extra for your recovery plans.
I contacted corporate and got no response. I left messages at the location and received no call back to discuss this matter. It’s very annoying and unprofessional to address this issue. I drive way to cypress location just to workout and take andvamtage of sauna. Disappointed customer of Richmond location
