1 /5 Cecy Soto: I was hesitating to write this review since I wanted to give them an opportunity to things right for me; However NOONE here seems toc are! Long story short, I purchased a ring a year ago and one of the diamonds fell off (I have purchased the extended warranty) Well, when I took my ring to the store 07/16 they gave me a hard time with the warranty stating I supposed to have my ring inspected every 6 months which nobody care to explain that at the time of purchase. Anyway, I told them to go ahead and fix it, it took them 2 weeks to get it "fixed" Again no one called, texted or anything to update me on the repair! I had to go in person 08/10 to ask for my ring. Me and my husband were there for a good 10 minutes before someone actually acknowledge us, even though it was 2 people working and only one taking care of other customers. Finally one of them came and brought my ring only to find out it wasnt fix properly! The attendant whom identified as a manager (Bridget I believe her name was) said that they have a lot of new people and it was a mistake but shell get it fixed for me in a week... Well today is 09/05 almost a month after and still NOONE has contacted me about my ring! this is by far the worst customer service experience at a jewelry store! I have emailed corporate and also contacted their live chat, called the store and nobody can give an answer on my ring!
