5 /5 Ginger G: Just upgraded my wife’s wedding ring to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We also converted the existing diamond to a pendant. Working with Max was an excellent experience. I just texted the number on the website, he responded quickly and we set an appointment. You do want to ensure you have an appointment. Then at the appointment they are ready for you and Max did a great job of walking me to through my best options for my budget. He was professional and gave some excellent advice. I also really like that we can go back for polishings and cleanings for free and if there are any issues they will repair the ring for us as well. Definitely recommend working with Max and I will return. Included here a pic of the new ring as well as a pic of the new pendant.
