Bought my baby a bracelet for $150 and it broke within 1 wk and took it back, paid $35 to get it fixed, once wore again for church, it broke again. The seller blames the baby, an and said $150 is not enough money for good quality people spend thousand with a smirk attitude. BAD SERVICE AND POOR “gold” quality!!!!

Still not completely resolve. Executive level leadership NEVER contacted us to discuss the error. Terrible, terrible Experience!! Limited skill set from staff. Still have not made it right after all we went through. Still NO call from corporate.

Three generations of my family have been coming to Troy Vinson Jewelers. My family has have three engagement rings, wedding bands and other jewelry made here. They take their time to make each piece correct and special for each person. My family will only come to Troy Vinson Jewelers.
