1 /5 Emilee Bautista: Delilah is the most disrespectful and disgustingly rude person I’ve ever spoken with. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. When you bring this to her attention she laughs and scoffs and says “well fortunately you aren’t my manager”. Asking for her manager name, she continues to laugh like her behavior is acceptable. I will be reaching out to my news friends to discuss her and make sure we show what type of nasty place this is. There are kind people here, but she is NOT one of them.

1 /5 Margarita Duck: The young lady I spoke with on Saturday. She was so much more helpful and had perfect customer service. Today, I dealt with a lady named Jackie. It was my second time calling back. The first time, she put me on hold for 7 minutes. The second, you could just tell she was rude. She asked about things on my credit. These items were due to an ex fiance. She asked to give her 15 minutes to speak with the lenders. She called back and said I was not approved. This was not helpful at all.
