They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The fees were reasonable compared to other places, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need to cash a check—highly recommend!

1 /5 Amy Knight: Great place to go if you want to sit there and listen to them talk about you in Spanish. The customer service clerk sat there and talked to the manager in Spanish , while the manager rolled her eyes. Here every night to get changed. After midnight, they will only give you change for up to $100. They refused to gift change. So I purchased an envelope with a $20 bill. Then I had someone else purchase an envelope with a $100 bill. The manager was extremely rude and refused to service us. And they stood there and talked in Spanish the entire time we stood there. And the only word I understood was envelope so I’m sure 100%. It was about us. No customer service should treat people this way and I’m very disappointed in the customer service ethics they have.

5 /5 Valerie Swanner: Had to come here, just like every month to get money orders for bills. They never take too long, even if they are busy, and they always go above and beyond. I even have an account with an expectations visa card. Since they are open so late , I used to wait tables and have a crap ton of cash on me. If I kept that cash on me I would always spend it, not to mention, its just not smart, with me losing everything or someone who could just take it............and cash cannot be insured, anyways, I would just go deposit it here right after each shift and would have those funds immediately to use on the card. Ive had that account and card for around 5+ years now and have used it to book hotel rooms and to put deposits down on tickets. Its really a good thing for those that dont have very good standings with banks. They also offer a wide array of services like, transferring money out of country, cashing personal and payroll checks, as well as income tax checks that tend to be on the larger side. Their fees are minimal and if you use your VM debit card as credit it uses to be free of charges. Ten out of ten from me!
