They are no longer the best rates, the customer service is horrible, at least with this agent. When we had a loan on our car, we had to call them to request that they send proof of insurance to our lien holder, which most companies do automatically. When we called to insure a new vehicle, the process was ridiculous and they changed our deductibles and drove our cost through the roof. When we had to call for a tow, our agent was snippy and we had to deal with corprate office to get a tow, which we had coverage for. We are frustrated with the service and shopping for a different insurance provider.
