1 /5 Anastasia Mayer: The new property manager sucks she was very rude and is never here to address concerns if your looking for an apartment here in Coleman dont go through GBT they talk trash about all of there tenants and they do go based off credit reports. Also these apartments are not nice enough for the price they do cheap ass repairs. If they dont like you theyll evict the good tenants and keep the crack head tenants. Also if you have any issues dont even bother trying to call them they never pick up and if they do and say theyre gonna talk to someone else about it they wont they suck at communicating within the company.

1 /5 Ganny Gimi: I have never ever dealt with this much crappy management agency. The manager is super rude, the office is impossible to get a hold of. Like literally no single human who will pick up your phone during office hours. I made a noise complaint about my upstairs Tenant which they do nothing about it. And they get back to you via messages or email, the way that they reply are very unprofessional. Whoever have a property just pick a better management agency please.

1 /5 Heather Reyd: I lived at the Emery(shiloh) in Coleman for two years. This place was not great. Hard to get a hold of anyone ever. Backups and leaks and holes in my ceiling from the tub above me. Major foundation issues as well in my apartment. I had mold growing and no help from management. If something breaks you better know how to fix it. Laundry never works right. Someone keeps stealing the router to the machines. Every Saturday we would wake up to puke outside our door from the neighbors! But there is no place to live in this town anyway, no jobs, no future.

1 /5 Hannah Bowman: Worst experience ever dealing with this place. Was told we were approved one day. Started packing. Then the next day were told we werent approved . Pretty much was told several different stories from several different people. Kaitlyn is the worst person I ever dealt with in a professional setting. She said something very unnecessary and inappropriate things to me and was also awful to my family. Extremely rude. No one communicates with each other or ever PICKS UP THE PHONE.
