Easy to add the pass to my cart online, pay and go to the gym. None of this signing up for a “trial” that you have to cancel. The gym has a Bluetooth speaker you can connect your phone to and play music.

5 /5 Charles DeGrio: The War Room is a great place to get your workout in. We met Laura, she got us all set up in 10 minutes. It was an easy process to get signed up with a 7 day membership. They have lots of equipment for your workouts, and we were the only two there at 8am on a Wednesday. It would be nice to have some mirrors on the walls to check your form. Thank You Laura and Chris. Dahlia Rondeau: Good Foundation is a warm cup of sunshine in a sometimes chilly world. I found them when I was really needing community and connection along with yoga. I’ve taken classes with both Shelby (Hatha) and Alison (Soma) and both are very knowledgeable about yoga and offer safe and solid classes. I’m also a yoga instructor (RYT200) and have taught at the studio, and can say that it’s a great place to try yoga and become a part of something in Fredericksburg. You’ll feel at home and have a cozy place to practice! ☀️

Michael Lederer: I was contacted by the management today and they apologized and took full responsibility for what had happened. Mistakes happen in business and how you resolve them shows what kind of company you own or represent. I was given a full refund and an apology. We are a small community and we rely on one another to make it work. I have changed my stars to a 5 because of the way this issue was resolved. I cancelled my membership last November and just realized that I have been getting charged monthly since then. I called the wellness center, left a message with the accounting department explaining the situation. I asked them to call to resolve the issue and never received a call back. I had to go through my credit card company to resolve this. They can only go back 118 days. So I am still owed money on top of what the credit card company can do. It is a sad commentary that you can not get resolution to problems that are created by a merchant. I hope this will reach someone who will contact me. By the way, I am also a merchant in Fredericksburg and understand that customers are the life-line to any business.

Tammy Small: I have been going O2 Fredericksburg consistently since February! Melinda has been amazing since day 1. This is the first time I’ve ever taken in person Yoga classes consistently. Melinda is an excellent teacher, mentor, and inspiration. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and loved! I recently lost my dad and I don’t know what I would have done without Melinda and the amazing community of people she has cultivated. I’ve been so inspired that I have decided to take Melinda’s teacher training course in the fall. Melinda and Michele are both incredible! This practice is for everyone and is life changing. I highly recommend!

Monishea Dukes: Me and my husband came in town for the weekend and needed a quick workout. I found War room gym online and called and spoke to someone immediately and signed up. Very neat and clean organization and definitely worth your buck! We will be back next time we are in town again! The communication was GREAT as well! We will be referring to many of our vet friends for the next time they come down this way.

Niquie Stuewe: Crossfit Lift Haus is all around rad! Coach Shannon is well versed in strategy, with basics and safety always in mind. This gym is the most welcoming, nonjudgmental place that Ive had the pleasure to work out at. We have fun while holding each other accountable. Wide range of equipment and knowledge about modifications and mobility. Highly recommend CFLH to all!

Nygel Walker: I travel for work and just happen to spend a few weeks in this town, and this gym was just 5mins from my hotel. To get a membership was as easy as can be, and I was especially happy that they had a "one month" plan for people who are just passing thru as I was. They have everything you need. Plenty machines and single weights. Not a BIG gym but its enough space to be comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Paul Abramson: Im a member from out of town and came to use this facility. There was nowhere on the door to scan my key fob to unlock the door and I could not get in. This completely defeats the purpose of 24/7 access to locations nationwide. This has never happened to me before at any other Anytime Fitness location however. Edit: Bad review for there not being a scanner for my key fob. Revisited this facility and there is a 2nd door where you can scan in. There is now a sign to clearly point you to the correct door. The gym is clean, spacious, and had everything you can need!
