1 /5 richelhanson richelhanson: The worst watch workshop in Dallas
It has been five years since I moved to Dallas, and I have maintained a good relationship with the local watch retailers. This time I ordered a Casio MT-G watch. Because of I was too excited to get the watch, I couldnt wait to adjust my bracelet. I found information about retailers from the Casio official website. However, I got a terrible experience. Usually, I got information on the website to adjust the bracelet of a new watch is free. But when it has done, the boss told me that I must pay 20 dollars. The retailer didnt tell me the price in advance, and there was no clear price list. I had to tell the boss that due to my house is nearby. I forgot to bring my wallet whether I call my friend to send money. However, he insisted on taking it back. He even warned me that nothing is free in this country. Most importantly, I found that my bracelet was hurt deliberately by him. Frankly, my watch is worth $1000usd more, and I don’t care about paying the $20 service fee at all. But his behavior makes me feel sick. It was a terrible experience, I must tell everyone. I hope he can get out of our community as soon as possible. This shop is not worth shopping at all.
