He took the time to show us a few options without being pushy or showing us the most expensive item. We got something simple cause thats what my fiance wanted and we got a great price for it. Mr Sheikh made sure my fiance liked the style and measured his finger to make sure he got the best fit. The ring he picked wasnt in stock for size but he we were able to come back the next day to pick up. Thank you for making the process so easy!

5 /5 TBIYTC: Recently, while on vacation, my wifes diamond engagement ring was accidentally crushed by our hotel safe. She was concerned that it was not salvageable, so she took it to Valley Jewelers at Willow Bend Mall. The jewelers were able to straighten the prong settings, and reset the diamond. After they cleaned and polished the ring it looked as good as new! The experts there were polite, professional, and the work was done in a timely manner at a fair price. She said she would recommend this business to family and friends!

1 /5 richelhanson richelhanson: The worst watch workshop in Dallas It has been five years since I moved to Dallas, and I have maintained a good relationship with the local watch retailers. This time I ordered a Casio MT-G watch. Because of I was too excited to get the watch, I couldnt wait to adjust my bracelet. I found information about retailers from the Casio official website. However, I got a terrible experience. Usually, I got information on the website to adjust the bracelet of a new watch is free. But when it has done, the boss told me that I must pay 20 dollars. The retailer didnt tell me the price in advance, and there was no clear price list. I had to tell the boss that due to my house is nearby. I forgot to bring my wallet whether I call my friend to send money. However, he insisted on taking it back. He even warned me that nothing is free in this country. Most importantly, I found that my bracelet was hurt deliberately by him. Frankly, my watch is worth $1000usd more, and I don’t care about paying the $20 service fee at all. But his behavior makes me feel sick. It was a terrible experience, I must tell everyone. I hope he can get out of our community as soon as possible. This shop is not worth shopping at all.

5 /5 Sherrille Means: I had a ring repaired with a small cz that had been lost! The size was unique and had to be found. The ring itself has more value for the story that goes with it than the ring itself! Valley Jewelers did a wonderful job and the ring looks as good as new…the story will continue on! I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!
