1 /5 Brittany Wallace: Horrible customer service. The only kind person was the man greeting people at the door. Which was strange that was the only Black person working in the store. My sister and I were there to pick up a repair. We had to tell three different personnel because they showed serious discomfort with these two Black Women walking in this store. The small oriental Asian asked is we needed help we said no because we had already been served she snapped at us saying he is just for the door you check in with me. So we told her we are here for a pick up so said ok and walked away. We continued to browse and two other personnel asked why we were there... We stated for a pick up. The last gentleman asked for my sisters ID and went to get her bracelet. They took a while so we continued to browse to see if someone would catch our eye. When we came back, the now young man snapped the price at my sister without allowing her to see the bracelet. She said Im going to inspect it first and try it on. He has to be asked to give her credit card back and the bag for the bracelet. One can respect the busy holiday season. However, the store was not at all crowded, the concern for theft was evident in their behavior instead of respecting the customers that came into this store. I reside in NYC, this store is not even the front entrance to have this much discomfort & disrespect is a disservice and unacceptable.
More qualified, older, and non prejudice personnel need to be hired here.
