Robert Boucher: One Financial sends me a message with a picture of the amount of my loan, how much my monthly notes are for 36 months and the interest rate at 17.99 that says ok Robert let’s wrap up your loan application. When I called to go with the loan approval and make the loan with a 741 credit rating , you change the loan to 58 months at a interest at 27.98 % rate. One Financial sends out phony info to customers and changes the loan criteria at sign up time. Not very honest company to work with. I was dealing with a immediate death in family making funeral arrangements at the time so I didn’t catch this for a couple of days. I called Andreas when I noticed to no avail. Very dishonest company to work with.
