1 /5 Todd Brown: I have left multiple messages for a return call and have not received a call about my policy. The customer support for the holding company of the policy is equally as bad. I do not recommend this company. At this point, I need to drive to the listed location and determine if they are still in business. Update since the original post - still no returned call after leaving additional messages. DO NOT USE

When I called to go with the loan approval and make the loan with a 741 credit rating , you change the loan to 58 months at a interest at 27.98 % rate. One Financial sends out phony info to customers and changes the loan criteria at sign up time. Not very honest company to work with. I was dealing with a immediate death in family making funeral arrangements at the time so I didn’t catch this for a couple of days. I called Andreas when I noticed to no avail. Very dishonest company to work with.
