Tara Bemko: I went to the drive thru and waited for 25 minutes. At first when I sent in my slip I waited for 5 minutes and no one said anything until I pushed the call button to ask if they had gotten it. Only then did she take my things out of the container. The person in the other lane came after me and got there things before me. My transaction was not even complicated, just a simple withdrawal. If they were busy (which I doubt It because there was only 1 car in the parking lot) I feel like they should have communicated that to me instead of just having me sit there for 25 minutes without saying anything.
